First, ask distributors to link back to your original article — not to your home page. The backlinks are highly weighted in ranking your original. The Canonical tag only works to point to the primary article on your own site, not to multiple copies across the Internet. Being first to post the article can help you retain top ranking on blog search engines. Also, in your articles, link to articles within your own site.
Thurow also recommends a bio page that links to all your articles as well as archiving your articles. Deleting articles with links to them will hurt your overall linking structure. She suggests using Copyscape.com plagarism and distribution checker.

This year, I had many birthday celebrations. Thanks to all my family and friends who spent their valuable times to celebrate with me. In addition, thanks for the rest who unable to celebrate with me but greeted me via SMS, MSN, facebook or face-to-face! For those who had greeted me via facebook, I didn’t realize it until tonight as I seldom log in. I didn’t expect anything but the list is long! All these greetings and celebrations will be etched into the bottom of my heart.
